• The mattress must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Mattresses that have been used, damaged, or soiled are not eligible for a refund.

• To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team with your order details, including the invoice number and reason for the return.
• Upon approval, we will arrange a pick-up of the product. Please ensure the mattress is properly packed to avoid damage during transportation.
• Once the product is inspected and deemed eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or lack of care are not eligible for refunds.
• Free gifts or promotional items (such as free pillows, bedsheets, etc.) included with the mattress purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
